Can I pay in installments?
Yes — three monthly payments instead of one. The installment total is slightly higher than paying once.
Is there a refund policy?
The fee is non-refundable once your document package has been generated, because drafting begins as soon as your intake is complete. We may, at our sole discretion, make exceptions in cases of a genuine service failure on our part. If something goes wrong before your package is generated, write to us and we will sort it out.
What's not included?
Government filing fees, translation of foreign-language documents, and any attorney you engage to review or file your petition. Filing is your responsibility. Pathovio is not a law firm.
