1. What Pathovio Is

Pathovio is not a law firm. We provide an AI-assisted platform to help you prepare your own immigration documents — we do not advise on your case or represent you before USCIS. No immigration outcome is guaranteed. Based on the information you provide, the platform generates draft documents — such as a petition cover letter — for you to review, personalize, and finalize yourself. If you would like legal advice about your eligibility, strategy, or any other aspect of your immigration matter, we encourage you to consult a licensed immigration attorney. Nothing in your use of the Service creates an attorney-client relationship.

2. The Service

For a one-time fee of $399, the platform generates a set of draft petition-support documents based on the information and materials you provide through our intake process. The drafts the platform produces are a starting point, not a finished product — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and finalizing them before use, and for the accuracy and completeness of everything you ultimately submit to USCIS. The final decision on your immigration petition rests entirely with USCIS. We do not predict, promise, or guarantee any particular outcome, approval, or processing time.

3. Payment and Refunds

The $399 fee covers use of the platform and is due at the time you submit your application. The fee is non-refundable once your document package has been generated. We may, at our sole discretion, make exceptions in cases of a genuine service failure on our part. If something goes wrong before your package is generated, please contact us at info@pathovio.com.

4. Your Account and Your Documents

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of what you submit. You may request deletion of your application and associated data at any time; details of how we handle deletion and data retention are described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and not to submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

6. Intellectual Property

The documents generated for you are yours to use for your own petition. The Pathovio platform, its design, and its underlying software remain the property of MTX Global LLC.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTX Global LLC's total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any impact on the outcome of your immigration case.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will let you know by posting a notice on our site or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
